1. soak/səʊk/
v. 沉浸于；享受
搭配：soak up the sunlight/ soak in the sunshine 沐浴阳光
e.g. After weeks of rain, we finally went to the park to soak up the sunlight.
e.g. he sat on the balcony with a cup of coffee, quietly soaking in the sunshine.
近义词：bask v. 舒适地晒太阳取暖
搭配：bask in the sunshine
e.g. I love visiting the countryside in spring, where I can relax and bask in the sunshine without any distractions.
2. deficiency /diˈfiʃənsi/
n.缺乏；缺少；不足
搭配：Vitamin D deficiency 维生素D不足
e.g. Vitamin D deficiency is often caused by limited sun exposure, especially among people who spend most of their time indoors.
e.g. Insufficient sun exposure is a primary contributor to vitamin D deficiency, particularly in urban populations.

4. sunstroke /ˈsʌn.strəʊk/

e.g. If someone shows signs of sunstroke, it’s crucial to move them to a shaded area and cool them down immediately.
